Order Processing
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
We require up to 2 business days to process and dispatch your order if placed before 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Exceptions may include shipping delays due to payment verification, fraud warnings, holidays, weekends, or technical issues.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive real-time tracking information via email. Please note it may take several hours for tracking to update after your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates & Updates
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your shipping location.
Our system will email your order receipt as soon as your online order is complete. You may also log in to your website account to view your order details. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.
Please Note:
Custom Orders and certain specialty items may not be available for immediate shipment. We will notify you about any back-ordered products and you can choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
We provide delivery estimates based on information received from DHL and FedEx. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners: DHL and FedEx.
Most shipments over $100 CAD require signature confirmation for security unless you complete a Signature Waiver Form. Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control, for which we are not responsible.
Address Requirements
We require that your shipping and billing addresses match for your order to be approved.
If your order is declined due to an address mismatch, please contact us to resolve the issue.
If you require different billing and shipping addresses, please contact us via WhatsApp at +1-905-330-0788 with additional forms of identification.
Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate (including unit numbers or apartment numbers).
DHL and FedEx charge additional fees for address corrections after a shipment has been dispatched.
You will be responsible for these fees if applicable.
Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously. Your IP address is logged at the time of purchase.
Fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Lost, Undeliverable, or Refused Deliveries
If your order is lost or tracking information shows discrepancies, contact us immediately.
We will initiate a trace with DHL or FedEx, which can take 8 to 10 business days for investigation.
If your shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Incomplete or incorrect address details are the leading cause of delivery issues.
The Game Changer Brands Inc is not responsible for stolen or abandoned packages.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using DHL International and FedEx International services.
For international orders, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or Bank Wire Transfers only.
(We do not accept credit card payments for international orders.)
International shipments must clear customs. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, or special paperwork requirements in their country.
Invoices will be included with all shipments.
Incorrect Orders or Missing Items
In the rare event that an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving your shipment.
If we are at fault, we will ship replacements at no additional cost, using the original shipping method selected at checkout.
