ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, payment verification, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Canada: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.
United States: approximately 9–15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, customs, carrier delays, and incorrect address information may affect delivery times.
SHIPPING COSTS AND FREE SHIPPING
Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination and order. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $100 CAD or more shipped within Canada, and $100 USD or more shipped within the United States. Promotions and shipping thresholds may change; the applicable offer shown at checkout controls.
TRACKING
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take several hours to update after dispatch.
ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers. Customers are responsible for additional carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For United States orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery or returned because of an incorrect address. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
CANCELLATIONS
