OVERVIEW

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with fair and transparent return options. Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Hair that has been installed, altered, washed, dyed, or brushed.

  • Wigs or extensions that have been removed from their original packaging.

  • Sale items or promotional/clearance items.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

Due to hygiene concerns and safety, all hair extensions are considered final sale once opened.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at contact@shoptgcbrands.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging for faster processing.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds?

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@shoptgcbrands.com.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

CANCELLATIONS

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
